Jöttnar is a British outdoor clothing brand specialising in climbing, skiing, and adventure technical apparel. Founded in Arctic Norway by two former Royal Marine commandos, the brand embodies a deep-rooted passion for mountaineering, climbing, and skiing.

Collaborations can be fun, but often come with performance compromises. This one is different. Bringing together leaders in textile technology, outdoor clothing craftsmanship, and ocean protection, we’ve created a world-first that’s far greater than the sum of its parts. - Jöttnar Co-Founder, Tommy Kelly.

The Jöttnar Fenrir uses 30D Pertex Quantum Pro made from NetPlus. Combining a lightweight, densely woven face with the Quantum Pro coating provides additional weather resistance for use in extreme environments.

The fabric is woven from yarns made from NetPlus material – 100% post-consumer recycled fishing net. Our partner Bureo works directly with fishing communities in South America to turn end of life fishing nets into recycled nylon material. Helping to prevent ocean pollution and reduce demand for fossil fuels.
