Goldwin has launched the Trail Running Kit, a collection of apparel designed in collaboration with professional ultra runner Dylan Bowman.

With years of high-level train running experience, including multiple wins at Ultra Trail Mt. Fuji and the Tarawera 100K, Dylan was able to provide valuable feedback throughout the development and testing process.

The outcome is a collection of trail running apparel which provides all of the required performance and comfort but with the lowest weight possible.

A message from Dylan Bowman:

“A product packed with all necessary elements. That’s what I would say if someone asked me what’s special about this product. It's simple and minimalistic, but has every feature you need, and it's beautiful.

I actually wore it when I ran the 2023 Ultra-Trail Mt. Fuji/KAI in 2023 and was able to literally forget that I had it on. And during the Hardrock 100 in July, I could only move slowly on a mountain pass at an altitude of over 4000m, but this jacket protected me from the cold. It just looks simple, but it is definitely a functional product because of this incredible attention to detail.

I've had many discussions with Goldwin's product development team, and each time I was impressed by their attitude and passion, and their ability to think things through until the very end.

I believe that through this product, many runners will be able to experience the wonders of nature, communicate with their inner selves, and achieve great performance.”

The collection features the Pertex Shield A/L Jacket and Pants which use an ultralight Pertex Shield Air fabric.

A 7-denier face and backer, combined with the Shield Air membrane forms a 3L fabric with exceptional breathability and weather resistance.

The ultralight fabric combined with a refined construction and seam taping means the combined weight for the Jacket and Pants is less than 190g (size L).
